You can NOT resell entre or separate elements of this pack as your own or as a part of sample library or sofware/hardware without written permission from FatLoud.

All download links is valid for 3 downloads, please download your sounds ASAP after purchase. If your link has become invalid, please contact us to revalidate it. All downloadable sounds are compressed Winzip files. In order to extract the sounds from these zip files, you need to use Winzip. We cannot guarantee that the files will open in other decompression software.

FatLoud is not responsible for loss of any digital purchase for any reason, including, but not limited to hard drive failure, computer failure, software failure, back-up failure, or other cause of loss of your FatLoud digital purchases. It is your responsibility to back-up all critical data and solely your responsibility.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to digital download products, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded.
